The Avara Residences from the air in early autumn: a straight gravel lane runs in from a fieldstone gateway to a turning circle, with three black A-frame houses on each side, each with a fieldstone patio, a stone fire table and lounge chairs in front of its glass gable, lawns and hedges between them, all within mature woodland

An unbuilt homesite: a meadow clearing edged by an old mossy stone wall and boulders, inside mature woodland turning to autumn

The land, as it is.

A straight gravel lane runs in from the fieldstone gate to a turning circle, with three homesites on each side, woods beyond the boundary and an old stone wall along the road. Of the 1.6 acres, the lane and the gate take about 0.24; the rest is the six homesites, each with a stone patio in front of its glass gable.
